Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We are in the business of making people happy and if you are in any way unsatisfied with your item upon receiving it, please e-mail me at jo.billiesandtong@gmail.com and I can return, refund, or exchange free of charge. 

Return postage is paid by the customer. 

In the event of something not working correctly we only cover return shipping within the first 10 days.
